Return & Refund Policy

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return (certain items only).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.

All shirts/items come with care instructions if applicable. Following these instructions and proper care of the products is the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to do so may result in defects of the product and is determined not the fault or responsibility of the seller, S&B Creations LLC.

Once an item is washed, the product is no longer the responsibility of the seller, S&B Creations LLC. All bleached items have the possibility of developing holes overtime as they are handmade. Shirts (sewing and manufacturing) are made by the brand manufacturer and any defects in the product are not the responsibility of the seller, S&B Creations LLC. If there are defects in clothing in the sewing and manufacturing, a store discount will be given if applicable. There will he no returns or exchanges on these items. 

There are no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on ANY custom items, sale items, or items defective due to poor care by the buyer. If there is a defect in the product, the buyer must contact the seller, S&B Creations LLC, within 24 hours of delivery of tracking with issues with the item in order for the item to be accepted for the review process. After 24 hours, the item is no longer accepted for review for return, refund, or exchange.

Clothing items ordered in the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. Size charts are posted for reference before ordering. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges on clothing due to the incorrect size or color. Colors on the screen may vary than in person.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer has 24 hours from the date of delivery to do so. If picking up your order, you have 48 hours after order is set out to pick your order up and report any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, or clothing ordered in the wrong size as all listings have size charts attached for reference. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed. Once you place an order, it most likely gets started right away. If you have any issues, please contact us directly by email, facebook, or text.

The message must contain your name, number, email, and order #.

If you file for any chargebacks against us, you will be blocked from the group, website, and from ordering again. (IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, PLEASE EMAIL OR MESSAGE!!)

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Pick-Up:

You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup. You will have 48 hours from agreed pickup time to retrieve your items or request an invoice for shipping and handling. If you choose to request an invoice for shipping, you must pay the invoice within 24 hours of doing so. If you have failed to pick-up or pay your invoice  within the timeframe, you will forfeit your order with no refund given. All money paid is non-refundable.

Shipping:

Standard production time is 7-14 days (this does NOT include shipping time). Shipping time is usually an additional 3-5 days but may vary around holiday seasons. Please allow additional time on pre-orders and special orders. S&B Creations LLC is not responsible once an order has shipped. If you have issues, please contact the mail carrier directly. If you still need help, email us at sbcreations4you@gmail.com. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the pandemic, holidays, or unseen weather conditions.

 

BOUTIQUE CLOTHING

White Label: These items may take an additional delivery time and they are shipped from one of our warehouses. They are DEFINITELY worth the wait! Most orders take between 7-14 business days, but can take 3-5 business days extra if they don't pass our quality check.

We quality check each piece to make sure it is up to our standards to be delivered to you.

Returns: We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please reach out to us if this is the case.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
